In 2020, the Society of Student-Run Free Clinics will be hosting our third independent conference at University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.

See descriptions for formats from the 2020 conference below. Abstracts should be no more than 500 words.

Please understand that if you submit a proposal for one format, you may be asked to present an accepted project in a different format.

Keep working on that excellent research!

-30 minutes in an open poster session
-You will have to hang poster at beginning and take it down at end of session
-Provide overview of project in abstract (background, methods, results, conclusion, etc.
-15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions
-Formats may include educational presentations, demos, research findings, etc.
-You will need to provide your own laptop/adapters to connect to the AV equipment
-Provide overview of presentation in abstract
-60 minute interactive session to teach skills to participants
-Should include deliverables (worksheets, flowsheet, protocols)
-Provide an overview of workshop, educational objectives, agenda & deliverables in abstract
-45 minute session discussing multiple perspectives on a single theme
-Topics will be predetermined by the SSRFC
-Panels will include presenters from different clinics answering questions by attendees
-Please apply if you believe you are an expert on a certain topic pertaining to free clinics
-Briefly describe your bio and qualifications in the abstract
