June 2024 Newsletter
This month, we hosted research and clinic operation webinars, shared our “24 Steps to Starting an SSRFC”, and completed the review of a RECORD-BREAKING number of abstracts. Thank you to everyone who submitted this year!
Acceptances have been sent out for the 2024 SSRFC Conference, and registration is NOW open! Sign up ASAP to secure your ticket, and make sure to use our group discount code if you are attending with 5 or more people.
May 2024 Newsletter
This month, we spotlighted award-winning abstracts and presentations from last year’s conference, gave a shoutout to the strong work at the UAMS 12th St. Health & Wellness Center, and continued to highlight our NEW peer-to-peer resource for connecting SRFC leaders and volunteers.

Over the last month, we selected our SRFC Policy Fellows and inter-clinic grant winners, highlighted research from UT Medical Branch & Texas Tech Health Science Center, spotlighted amazing work from Puerto Rico’s Clínicas Padre Venard, and launched a NEW peer-to-peer resource for connecting SRFC leaders and volunteers. You can say it’s been a busy few weeks!

This month, submissions opened for the 2024 SSRFC Conference, which will be hosted by Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, October 18th – 20th. Abstract submissions will close May 1st. We look forward to reviewing your great work!
